accountants and clients to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
Job Overview:
We are hiring US Taxation & Cold Calling Associates to support US customers with document processing and also place cold calls to US-based leads to acquire potential clients.
Candidates must be comfortable with night shifts and speaking to US customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold reachout, Cold calling:
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to expand the client base.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Needs Analysis:
- Understand client requirements and conduct thorough needs analysis.
- Tailor product presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Generate regular reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service enhancements.
- Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, email)
- Ability to learn US taxation processes quickly
- Attention to detail
