- a true sourcer, someone who wants to live upstream and hand off, not run the requirement
- Can name their tools and walk through how they use them - LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, x-ray, contact finders
- builds boolean live and can articulate strings two and three when the first one dries up
- proven research muscle, market mapping and finding contact info for people who aren't applying
- real examples of working with US recruiters and hiring managers, not just overlapping hours
- tech and ops sourcing in India, with US exposure
