US Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced US Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical domains. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a wide range of technical, clinical, and operational roles within the US market.
This role requires deep knowledge of US hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, referrals, and Boolean search strategies
- Identify and engage candidates across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Pharma roles
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future requirements
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and follow-ups
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, availability, and compensation expectations
- Ensure candidate eligibility, work authorization, and compliance with client requirements
Reporting & ATS Management
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in ATS
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and closures
- Meet defined weekly and monthly recruitment targets with a focus on quality
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 Months - 1 year of US recruiting experience (mandatory)
- Proven experience sourcing candidates in Healthcare, Manufacturing, and/or Pharmaceutical industries
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job boards
- Excellent understanding of US employment types: Full-Time, Contract, C2H
- Strong screening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for clinical, allied health, engineering, and operations roles
- Knowledge of US work authorization types (USC, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, etc.)
- Experience supporting high-volume and niche role hiring
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
