About the Role

Struct360 delivers structural analysis, design, and BIM coordination for commercial projects across the US and Canada. We run high-volume, deadline-driven work - engineers here move across multiple active projects in a single day, not one project start-to-finish. What You'll Do

* Structural analysis and design for commercial wood, CFS, and hybrid systems, US/Canadian codes

* Move between multiple active projects and bids in a single day - prioritizing off a daily task list, not a single project timeline

* Run hand calculations where required - you're expected to know when software output needs a manual sanity check, and to catch it before it reaches review

* Set up and run analysis models, apply loads, optimize, and prepare final design packages

* Resolve queries directly with clients, county reviewers, and internal seniors - track and close out markups against deadline

* Support development of internal SOPs for recurring calculation types

* Own your deliverables end-to-end within your assigned scope - no hand-holding on follow-through

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of structural engineering experience - this is not a fresher role and not a role for someone used to slow, single-project cycles

- Demonstrated hands-on fluency in RISA3D, Tekla Tedds, and Enercalc - you will be tested on this in a practical exercise, not asked to self-report it

- Solid-enough fundamentals that you can independently verify a template or software output is wrong for the specific case - we use tools to move fast, not as a substitute for engineering judgment

- Proven ability to hand-calculate a basic design problem without software, on request

- Comfortable being interrupted and reprioritized constantly - you'll be pulled between 8-10 project fragments a day

- Self-starter who can learn new project types fast without hand-holding, and who works cleanly off a to-do list under deadline discipline

- Direct, clear written English - you'll be client-facing with US/Canadian teams
