Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven US IT Staffing Recruiter to join our recruitment team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for US-based clients across various IT technologies and domains.

The recruiter will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, working on direct client requirements, and achieving submission/interview targets within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on US IT requirements from Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster and internal databases.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and visa status.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Maintain daily submission and interview pipelines.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and vendors.
• Update recruitment trackers and maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Work closely with account managers and sales teams to close requirements quickly.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and job portals.
• Knowledge of US Visa types: H1B, USC, GC, GC-EAD, CPT, OPT, TN, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment.
• Good understanding of tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Time Zone).
