Business Professional or Non IT Recruiter (2+ year)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for client assignments across the United States.
Source, screen, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
Network online and offline to promote our employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and attract top talent.
Maintain strong candidate and consultant relationships to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience recruiting in one of the listed domains.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and resume databases.
Proven success in candidate engagement, relationship management, negotiation, and closing.
