Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment across BFSI and Non-IT domains such as Automotive, Utilities, Energy, Telecom, and Pharma.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US recruitment life cycle and the ability to manage both contract and permanent hiring requirements for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End US Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment life cycle for US-based hiring requirements
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BFSI and Non-IT domains
- Handle contract (W2, C2C, 1099) and permanent positions
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Utilize job portals, social networking platforms, and databases for sourcing
- Actively engage in passive candidate sourcing techniques
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring client requirements
Candidate Management & Screening
- Conduct detailed screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Evaluate candidates for technical and functional suitability
- Present shortlisted candidates to clients and hiring managers
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with US clients, vendors, and Account Managers
- Understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines
- Participate in daily team discussions and requirement tracking
Domain Focus
- BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)
- Non-IT sectors: Pharma, Automotive, Utilities, Energy, Telecom
Required Skills
- Strong experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorization
- Experience in BFSI and Non-IT hiring is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings.
Preferred Profile
- 2–6 years of US recruitment experience
- Experience working with direct US clients preferred
- Strong exposure to contract and permanent hiring models
- Immediate joiners preferred
