Job Description
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across various construction domains.
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities with clients.
- Review and analyze active client requirements to identify and source suitable candidates.
- Utilize multiple online resources, including social networking platforms, for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates fit and technical competence.
- Present career opportunities to qualified applicants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.
- Participate in daily huddles with management, peers, and Account Managers to ensure all requirements are covered and potential closures are managed successfully.
- Source candidates from job portals (Dice, CareerBuilder, Yahoo Hot Jobs) and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
- Handle both contract and permanent positions; well-versed in US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and US visas.
- Extensive experience in managing the complete US recruitment life cycle, including W2 tax terms.
- Experience working directly with clients; excellent communication skills are required.
- Experience in working with construction domain clients is required
