We are hiring Staff Accountant I & II professionals to join a fast-growing international team supporting US clients across accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting functions.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bookkeeping & General Ledger management
• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Reporting
• QuickBooks Online-based accounting operations
• Excel-based MIS & reporting activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records & documentation

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting / commerce / finance
• 3–5+ years of experience with a US CPA Firm
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online & MS Excel
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping & reconciliations
• Understanding of US accounting processes & reporting
• WolfePak experience will be an added advantage
• Detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills
