Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle US recruitment for Engineering, Semiconductor, and IT roles.
2. Source and screen candidates using job boards and social platforms.
3. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain detailed reports.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of US region talent acquisition experience in Engineering/Semiconductor.
2. In-depth knowledge of US Visa classifications and compliance.
3. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment tracking.
