US Sales & Recruiting Manager

We're Hiring: US IT Recruiter (Delhi NCR | EST Shift | Onsite)

EdHike is expanding! We're looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who can confidently manage technical recruitment and business development for our growing team.

Location: Delhi NCR (Onsite, US Shift)

Shift: 9 AM 6 PM EST (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Experience: 45 years

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Manage client relationships and drive new business, including identifying new clients and generating staffing leads
• Source, screen, and place top IT and Non-IT talent
• Handle W2, C2C, and CTH hiring models
• Achieve placement-driven revenue targets

What We're Looking For:

• 45 years in US IT Recruitment and Business Development
• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and CTH models (Direct Client/MSP experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards
