Key Responsibilities

* Engage with U.S./UK prospects through outbound calls and professional communication.

* Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

* Upsell products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.

* Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

* Manage the sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.

* Stay updated on products, services, and industry knowledge.

* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

* Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

* Experience in outbound calling and inside sales.

* Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Details

*Location:* Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

*Working Days:* Monday to Friday (5 Days)

*Training Shift:* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

*Post-Training Shift:* 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
