Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced US Sales Executive to lead outbound and inbound sales efforts targeting the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Work Setting: Remote (Contractual Role)

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift - EST/ PST overlap)

Experience: 5-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → lead qualification → pitching → negotiation → closure
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through outbound channels (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
  • Conduct product demos, client presentations, and discovery calls with US-based clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion and client onboarding
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in US Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales
  • Proven experience in selling to US-based clients (mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT Services / SaaS / Staffing 
  • Prior experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
