Job Description

Handle outbound sales calls to prospective customers in the US market to promote and sell products/services directly to consumers.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, presentation, negotiation to closure.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Address customer queries and objections professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
