Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven
Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) with experience in selling
SaaS products to US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate B2B leads in the US market through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Pitch SaaS products/services to decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Managers)
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work closely with marketing and product teams for lead conversion strategies
- Maintain CRM and track sales performance metrics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (US/International market preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with neutral/US accent
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator
- Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription sales
- Prior experience in international sales or IT services
