Job Summary
We are hiring experienced professionals in the US Mortgage domain for multiple roles including Title Search, Title Examination, Tax Calling, and Title Curative. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mortgage operations and a strong understanding of title and property-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Title Search:
- Perform Current Owner Search, Full Search, and Two Owner Search
- Review property records, deeds, and chain of title
- Identify liens, judgments, and ownership history
Title Examiner:
- Examine title search reports and verify accuracy
- Prepare title commitments and reports
- Ensure clear and marketable title
Tax Calling:
- Contact county offices to collect property tax details
- Verify tax status, dues, and payment history
- Update tax information in internal systems
Title Curative:
- Resolve title defects such as liens, judgments, and missing documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Ensure issues are cleared before closing
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage
- Strong knowledge of title search and mortgage processes
- Good communication skills (especially for Tax Calling roles)
- Ability to work in US Shift
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
