Role Description

We are seeking a US Residential Mortgage Lead / Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Pune Division. The selected candidate will oversee residential mortgage operations, ensure compliance with regulations, lead the team to achieve goals, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role includes monitoring team performance, providing training for team members, ensuring efficient workflow, and building positive relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Residential Real Estate, with in-depth knowledge of US residential mortgage processes
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through exceptional Customer Service practices
  • Experience in driving sales and achieving targets in residential mortgage or related domains
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a high-performing team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in US residential mortgage processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications in mortgage or financial services are a plus
