About The Role
YO HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple technologies and industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
- Identify qualified candidates through Boolean search, X-Ray search, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen candidates to assess technical skills, work authorization, communication skills, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Maintain candidate information accurately in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and Vendor Management teams.
- Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills- Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT positions.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations including:
- US Citizen
- Green Card Holder
- H-1B
- TN Visa
- EAD (GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)
- OPT/CPT
- Familiarity with US tax terms:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong internet research and sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US Recruitment may also apply.
