Location: Indore (On-site) / Remote (Based on Business Requirement)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

About The Role

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various US-based contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across multiple technologies and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
  • Identify qualified candidates through Boolean search, X-Ray search, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Screen candidates to assess technical skills, work authorization, communication skills, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
  • Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
  • Maintain candidate information accurately in the ATS/CRM.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future requirements.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and Vendor Management teams.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, visa regulations, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
  • Experience sourcing candidates for IT positions.
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations including:
    • US Citizen
    • Green Card Holder
    • H-1B
    • TN Visa
    • EAD (GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)
    • OPT/CPT
  • Familiarity with US tax terms:
    • W2
    • C2C
    • 1099
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong internet research and sourcing capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in US Recruitment may also apply.
