Company Profile: Mentis Systems is an US based global IT Services Company, specializing in IT SOW Projects, IT Staff Augmentation and IT consulting services. We work with several Fortune 100 companies.

We specialize in IT Contract staffing, SOW Project and IT Consulting. We could help IT resources augmentation needs for Contract, Contract to Hire time staffing needs.

Job Description:

● Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct sourcing activities, preliminary phone

Interviewing and negotiation of compensation packages.

● Understand the key skills in a Job requirement and identify qualified technical candidates to

source and screen candidates

● Recruiting through Internet job portals combined with utilizing existing candidate

Relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniques.

● Screening candidates based on resource managers job description, relevant knowledge and

Experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills.

● Review and understand technical job requirement requirements

● Understanding the requirements, creating Boolean Search, Cold Calling

● Regular follow up with candidate from first Contact till the offer of offer letter to the

Candidate.

● Open to work on IT and Non-IT openings for Direct clients

● Experience recruiting on W2, working preferably with USC, GC, EAD

● Good understanding of US Tax Terms and Visa/Work Permits

● Strong knowledge working with MSP, VMS.

Requirements:

1. Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in US
2. Must have excellent communication and coordination skills
3. Education : BBA ,BCOM,BCA (Any graduate) PG will be added advantage
4. Proficiency in Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint ,Outlook)
5. Willing to work in night shifts
6. Maintaining Daily tracker on Daily basis
7. Positive attitude ,Proactive and Good Communicator
8. Highly motivated individual able to grasp and learn new things
