Shift: US Shift | 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process while supporting recruitment requirements for the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates for relevant skills, experience, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets and maintain recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in US recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment and hiring process.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a US shift environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
