Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter – Light Industrial to join our recruitment team.
- The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience recruiting for US light industrial positions and a strong background in high-volume hiring.
- The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for maintenance, production, and other light industrial roles across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US light industrial positions.
- Manage high-volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Monster and other major job boards.
- Review resumes and conducts initial candidate screening.
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Recruit for maintenance and production positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with account managers and recruiting leads.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of US recruiting experience, specifically in Light Industrial hiring.
- Strong experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for maintenance and production roles.
- Strong knowledge of the US job market and recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience using Monster and other job boards.
- Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
