US Recruiter - IT/Non IT - Immediate Joiner

Description

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions, with a proven ability to identify and attract top talent in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and extending offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques including social media recruiting, job boards, and networking.
