Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles across various domains.
- Handle high-volume hiring requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in US Recruitment (end-to-end hiring).
- Mandatory experience in high-volume hiring .
- Strong understanding of recruitment workflows including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (ATS).
- Exposure to campus recruitment initiatives.
