Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles across various domains.
  • Handle high-volume hiring requirements.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in US Recruitment (end-to-end hiring).
  • Mandatory experience in high-volume hiring .
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (ATS).
  • Exposure to campus recruitment initiatives.
