Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across IT and Non-IT domains.
  • Collaborate with delivery/account managers or clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit, compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and manage the offer process including salary negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Ensure candidate experience is smooth from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records and reports in ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal).
  • Work with urgency to meet submission targets, quality metrics, and client SLAs.
  • Stay current with US immigration policies (H-1B, GC, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.) and labor market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in US staffing/recruitment across both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and databases (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder).
  • Strong understanding of job functions across IT (e.g., developers, QA, cloud engineers) and Non-IT (e.g., HR, finance, admin, customer support).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in client/candidate negotiation and closing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven recruitment environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and reporting tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to VMS environments (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator).
  • Understanding of EEO, OFCCP, and other compliance regulations.
