We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Recruiter to join our People team. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the United States. This includes sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US hiring practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and be highly proficient in using ATS to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
What to expect in your journey
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize Bullhorn, Insperity or Brightmove ATS/CRM effectively for job management, candidate tracking, and reporting.
Source candidates using various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database.
Work on IT and/or Non-IT positions across multiple industries depending on client needs.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit through resume review and interviews.
Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the ATS.
Ensure compliance with US employment laws and best practices, including familiarity with work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and future hiring needs. What you bring to the table
2+ years of experience in US recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
Hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Insperity or Brightmove ATS is a plus.
