We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Engineering Recruiter to join our team. As an Engineering Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering roles, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in successfully recruiting engineering professionals.
Job Description:
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
Must have US Staffing experience for direct clients in Engineering / Heavy equipment manufacturer / Agricultural Technology.
Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and candidates.
Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-based recruiting Tools.
Ability to understand the non-technical / technical requirements (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineers, Mechanical Drafter, Design Engineer, Controls Engineers, Electrical Control Engineers, Mechatronics Engineer, Technical Project Engineer, Equipment Validation Engineer, Manufacturing & Industrial roles) and submit consultant's profiles on time.
Proven successful sales record in the U.S. staffing industry.
Must have good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
Skills:
Must have minimum 2-5 years hiring experience into for direct clients in Engineering / Heavy equipment manufacturer / Agricultural Technology.
Prior exposure to multi-spot or high-volume requisitions
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivery
The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Experience Required:
2 - 5 years
