US STAFFING RECRUITER

Location: MG Road, Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

We are hiring US Staffing Recruiters and Senior US Staffing Recruiters to join our growing team.

Experience Required

• US Staffing experience is mandatory
• Experience working with both Direct Clients and MSP-driven Clients
• Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
• Strong understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle
• Managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through placement
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
• Strong communication, ownership, and follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment

Salary
