Job Title: Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Bangalore – MG Road

Work Mode: 4 Days On-site (Monday–Thursday) | Friday Work From Home

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Lead Recruiter with 3–8 years of recruitment experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, Techno-Functional, Engineering, Healthcare, Banking, Manufacturing, and Leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Direct Hire, Contract (W2), and MSP requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
• Handle junior, mid-level, senior, and leadership positions.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to achieve hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Required Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in US Staffing.
• Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Finance, Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Techno-Functional roles.
• Hands-on experience with Direct Hire, W2 Contract, and MSP hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Job Boards, Boolean Search, and ATS.
