Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and experiencedUS Recruiterto join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing technical professionals across various IT roles.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, and follow-up.
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
  • Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates technical and communication skills.
  • Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and terms of employment with candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring policies, immigration regulations, and employment laws.
  • Track and maintain pipeline metrics and submit daily/weekly activity reports.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2), work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience recruiting for federal clients or working in staffing agencies.
  • Familiarity with niche IT skills and emerging technologies.
