Location: Science City Road, Ahmedabad (100% In-Office)
Shift:6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (US)

Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Contact and engage candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Learn and follow US recruitment processes and best practices.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Who We're Looking For
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- MBA (HR), BBA, or graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, US Staffing, Customer Service, or Sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with good time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working the US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST).
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
