Role Description

This is a full-time role for Denial Management/Accounts Receivable Professionals based out of New Delhi, India. The professional will be responsible for managing and resolving claim denials, performing complex accounts receivable follow-ups, ensuring timely reimbursements, and reducing outstanding balances. The role also involves coordinating with insurance companies, maintaining compliance with guidelines, and ensuring that accurate and timely documentation is maintained across all processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in denial management and ability to handle accounts receivable processes effectively
• Experience in following up on insurance claims and interacting with insurance companies
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding principles, and healthcare reimbursement processes
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards, including HIPAA
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using billing software and related technologies
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in denial management, accounts receivable, or medical billing
• Exposure to US healthcare practices and regulations is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, finance, or related fields
