The US RCM - Charges/Payments Posting specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing charge and payment posting processes within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) framework. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper payment allocations, verifying payment accuracy, reconciling financial data, and reporting discrepancies. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with billing policies and procedures and ensuring confidentiality of patient data. This is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility.

• Proficiency in analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies and data inconsistencies.
• Experience in payment card processing and related financial transactions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Background in finance and accounting for handling billing and payment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
• Familiarity with US healthcare billing systems and knowledge of HIPAA compliance regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
