Hiring: US Process Research Analyst | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and communication-driven US Process Research Analyst to support our US Operations team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, mandatory experience working with US Clients / US Process, and strong capabilities in research, operations, data validation, and information management.
This role involves conducting research through government portals, public records, databases, and online platforms, validating information, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring high data quality standards. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed online research using government websites, public records, databases, and online research tools
- Gather, verify, analyze, and maintain accurate information and records
- Accurately update and manage information within CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Validate and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and validate information
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and productivity targets
- Identify, investigate, and resolve missing or inconsistent information
- Maintain high attention to detail and data quality standards
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mandatory experience working with US Clients / US Process
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research tools
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Comfortable working Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Research, US Process, Operations, Data Research, Administrative Support, CRM Management, or Back Office roles
- Exposure to public records, government databases, online research, or information validation
- Experience supporting US clients / US operations
- Real Estate / Property Research experience is an added advantage
