Job Description

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (RIICO)

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International US E-Commerce Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries related to online orders while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily
  • Resolve issues related to orders, refunds, returns, and payments
  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support
  • Follow SOPs and maintain quality & productivity KPIs
  • Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Voice Process
  • Background in Retail, Airline, or Insurance customer service preferred
  • Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level)
  • No employment gaps
  • Must be within 15 km of RIICO Jaipur or willing to relocate

Work Details:

  • 5.5 days working week
  • Rotational shifts and weekly offs
  • Fast-paced, high-volume call environment

Training:

  • 5 days process training + 5 days nesting
  • Minimum 85% score required to qualify
