We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International US E-Commerce Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer calls and resolving queries related to online orders while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily
- Resolve issues related to orders, refunds, returns, and payments
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support
- Follow SOPs and maintain quality & productivity KPIs
- Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO Voice Process
- Background in Retail, Airline, or Insurance customer service preferred
- Fluent English communication (C1/C2 level)
- No employment gaps
- Must be within 15 km of RIICO Jaipur or willing to relocate
Work Details:
- 5.5 days working week
- Rotational shifts and weekly offs
- Fast-paced, high-volume call environment
Training:
- 5 days process training + 5 days nesting
- Minimum 85% score required to qualify
