US Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Pharma / Clinical / Life Sciences Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for the US market, with a proven track record of hiring professionals across Pharmaceutical, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Pharma, Clinical, and Life Sciences requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit for niche and specialized positions across Pharmaceutical, Clinical, Biotechnology, Medical/Scientific, Quality, Regulatory, and Life Sciences functions.
- Conduct candidate screening, technical/functional evaluations, compensation discussions, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume US requirements.
- Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions while maintaining strong candidate experience and recruitment quality standards.
- Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to meet recruitment targets, SLAs, and client delivery expectations.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment activity records within the ATS/VMS.
- Stay updated on US Pharma, Clinical, and Life Sciences talent markets, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–6 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment, preferably with strong Pharma, Clinical, or Life Sciences hiring experience.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for US clients and US time zones.
- Strong understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences terminology, job functions, and candidate profiles.
- Experience hiring roles such as: Clinical Research / Clinical Operations, Clinical Research Associates (CRA), Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety, Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Scientists, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics
- Validation, Manufacturing / Process Development, Technical Writers, Lab / Analytical roles
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven US Staffing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar ATS/VMS platforms is preferred.
