Job Summary

HonorVet Technologies is looking for a USPharma Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably supporting Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industry terminology, job functions, and hiring requirements, along with experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across diverse Pharma and Life Sciences functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device positions, from sourcing through candidate placement.
• Source, identify, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit for positions across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and other related Life Sciences functions.
• Understand client requirements and translate job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, relevant industry experience, skills, and overall role fit.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
• Stay updated on Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Sciences industry terminology, job functions, and talent-market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a primary focus on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.
• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device terminology, job functions, and industry-specific hiring requirements.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and related positions.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and coordinate with clients and hiring teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
