Experience: 2+ years in Payroll/Payroll Tax

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll tax processing & reconciliations
• Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W‑2, W‑2C)
• Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines
• Support year‑end payroll tax activities
• Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination

• 2+ years of Payroll/Payroll Tax experience
• Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations
• Experience in multi‑state payroll environments
• Hands‑on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools
• Strong Excel & analytical skills
