US Payroll associate

Experience as US Payroll Processor /Team Lead

•Good knowledge in US payroll process and local tax & social security tax laws 401K, W2, W4,940,941 & W3

•Good knowledge in US Benefits and local rules

•Managing end to end US payroll operations, accounting and accruals provisioning

•Handling all internal and external payroll audit queries and support

•Prepare Variance analysis, MIS reports, month end, Qtr end reconciliations etc

•Year-end activities, like ensuring W2, 940,941 & W3 within the deadline.

Additional experiences in Canada/Brazil Payroll

•Ensure gross to net salary calculation accurate and timely processing for all entities regular and hourly employees. Ensure vertical, horizontal, gross level check, variance check, maker checker reconciliations etc.

•Ensure day to day activates, and completing their schedules as per timelines.
