Position: US Patient Calling Executive Healthcare

Role & Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for communicating with patients regarding medical billing and outstanding balances. The role includes explaining insurance coverage, deductibles, and patient responsibilities, as well as assisting patients with payment arrangements. You will also ensure proper documentation and maintain compliance standards.
Eligibility:
- Candidates must be graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Medical Billing, specifically in patient calling. Strong English communication skills are required. Experience in Patient AR or Self-Pay Collections will be an added advantage.
