Designation: Senior Analyst/Lead/AM/Manager - US Partnership Tax - IC Role
Locations: Hyderabad / Remote
Qualification:
- Have 5+ years of partnership tax experience, ideally working with private equity, real estate, and REITs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Willing to learn and strong attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
Responsibilities:
- Review federal and state workpapers, K-1s, and returns for partnerships including tax withholding forms and composite state tax filings
- Review and prepare tax estimate workpapers and statements
- Prepare and review various tax forms, such as W-8s, W-9s and 1099s
- Make sure all extensions and returns are filed and tax payments are made
- Maintain tax notice trackers to address timely and make payments if needed
- Maintain tax refund trackers to ensure proper approval
- Help with tax surveys, questionnaires and due diligence requests.
- Gather and provide tax information to tax service providers
- Coordinate with Accounting on various information request
- Manage and facilitate income tax audits: preparing tax notices responses, creating schedules, etc.
- Support special projects including automation and data management
