About the Role
We are looking for an experienced US Operations Manager who has deep hands-on experience in US staffing operations, US accounting (AR/AP), US HR administration, and strong knowledge of US visas, immigration filings, and compliance.
This leader will manage cross-functional teams, streamline processes, ensure legal compliance, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day US operations across staffing, HR, immigration, and accounting.
- Develop SOPs, policies, and workflows to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor recruitment, HR, finance, and coordination teams.
- Work closely with executive leadership on strategy, planning, and decision-making.
- Track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across departments.
US Staffing & Recruitment Support
- Monitor end-to-end recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, onboarding, compliance.
- Ensure adherence to US staffing regulations (W2, C2C, 1099, E-Verify, I-9, etc.).
- Support vendor management, client coordination, and contract review.
US HR & Administration
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, benefits, and exits.
- Handle employee relations, performance issues, and policy enforcement.
- Maintain records, confidentiality, and policy compliance.
US Accounting (AR/AP)
- Oversee invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate payroll accuracy and timelines in collaboration with finance teams.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
Immigration, Visa & Legal Compliance
- Deep understanding of:
- H1B, H1 Transfer, GC, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, L1, TN, EAD categories.
- Coordinate with attorneys and consultants on filings and renewals.
- Maintain immigration records, timelines, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Required Skills & Experience

- Experience working with ATS, HRMS, payroll tools, and reporting systems.
