About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based non-IT positions and a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, and offer conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for industries such as:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Electrical & Electronics
- Fire & Safety
- Architecture
- Design
- Other engineering and industrial domains
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidates with only US Non-IT recruitment experience will be considered.
- US IT recruitment experience alone is not relevant for this role.
