About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based non-IT positions and a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US non-IT positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, and offer conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for industries such as:
  • Construction
  • Engineering
  • Manufacturing
  • Electrical & Electronics
  • Fire & Safety
  • Architecture
  • Design
  • Other engineering and industrial domains
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • Candidates with only US Non-IT recruitment experience will be considered.
  • US IT recruitment experience alone is not relevant for this role.
