We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, specializing in US-based non-IT roles. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for US-based non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates resumes, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for the roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and detailed information.
• Negotiate offers and salary packages with candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions affecting recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US labor laws, employment practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
