Role: US Non-IT Recruiter (US Recruitment)
Location: Durgam Cherevu Rd, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off!
US EST Hours: Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
Please understand, this role requires USA NON IT Recruitment Experience.
Required:
Must be fluent in English to have conversations with US Citizens.
Should have 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, filling US Non-IT requirements in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical devices, etc.
Should be expert in sourcing skills through job portals like CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, social media tools such as LinkedIN and X Ray Search.
Should have experience in interpreting job descriptions and should know how to reviewing resumes effectively.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
Experience using Ceipal ATS.
