Education- Any U.G. Degree

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for non-IT roles across various industries.

2. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with relevant stakeholders.

3. Utilize job portals, social media, and other platforms to find suitable candidates.

4. Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.

5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

6. Assist in onboarding and new hire orientation.
