Location: 3rd Floor, Ace Crystal Building, Above Reliance Smart Super Store, Kothapet to Nagole road, Hyderabad - 500035

Preferred candidates under the radius of 10 Km to 15 Km radius. No CAB facility

Work Setup - Onsite Only

Work Timings - US Shifts (Night) i.e., 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kothapet, Hyderabad for a US Non-IT Recruiter at InfraHire. The individual in this role will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational requirements. Key responsibilities will include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation. The role will play a critical part in maintaining a strong talent acquisition process tailored to non-IT roles in the US market.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes, with the ability to manage the entire hiring lifecycle efficiently.
• Skills in understanding hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews across diverse roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a recruitment role for US-based roles or organizations is a plus.
