Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing and recruiting professionals for various Non-IT positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for US Non-IT positions such as Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Accountants, Finance Professionals, HR, and Administrative roles.
• Work on Implementation and Direct Client requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Maintain candidate information, submissions, and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure timely submissions and effective recruitment delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
• Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
