Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to handle multiple requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles such as Engineering, Technician, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other functional areas
Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Ensure timely submissions and meet client SLAs
Maintain accurate records in ATS and track recruitment metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, indeed, job boards.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
