We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our team as a US Mortgage Title Search Executive. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and verifying property title documents to support mortgage processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform basic title searches using Netronline and Title Plants.

Conduct title searches for US mortgage processes using online databases and client-provided tools.

Review property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other legal documents.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in title documents.

Prepare accurate title reports and summaries for client review.

Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines and company standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in US Mortgage Title Search or related process.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
