Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a US Mortgage Specialist. The role involves managing all aspects of the mortgage process, including marketing mortgage products, consulting with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable solutions, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The individual will collaborate closely with the finance team and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending processes
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and promoting financial products
• Strong background in Finance and understanding of financial principles
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation
• Proficiency in relevant financial and mortgage software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred
